Artist Statement

"I have been working with clay for over three decades. I enjoy creating decorative and functional items that are always unique. I am delighted when people view my creations and say, "Isn't that different?" or "I've never seen anything like that before!" My artistic mission is fulfilled.

I get my inspiration from a fusion of different genres: Golden Age of Pirates, Romanesque Gargoyles and Steampunk are among my favourites.

I have had my creations for sale at numerous semi-annual sales.

In 2015, I received Honourable Mention for my work in the Pine Tree Potters' "Inside the Box" Exhibition."
