"I was inspired by the creation of objects, that seem to defy gravity. Hence, the floating teapot that dangles in the air, while pouring out its magic content.

While at Art College, I was able to explore many different mediums. Working with clay is where I feel the most at home. After joining The Pine Tree Potters' Guild two years ago, I set out to master the potter's wheel. Hand building is where I let the imagination take flight, with sculptural pieces."

"In this piece, we bear witness to the development of life, from the egg, in its warm, safe nest to the protective wings above it. Are the protective wings that of a mother bird or something of a more angelic nature?"
