Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis so it is important to submit your applications as soon as possible.

After you hit "Submit", you will receive an email application confirmation and be directed to the Checkout page for credit card payment of your table fee. Once payment has been submitted, you'll receive a receipt by email.

Price Stickers

Pottery Code for Price Stickers

First 3 letters of your surname with your potter number (eg. PUR33).

Indicate the number of price sticker sheets needed (Note: 36 stickers per sheet)

Table Selection

Select one of the following options:

One 6ft table, $40, 2 shifts required

Two 6ft tables, $80, 4 shifts required. (To be confirmed based on availability.)

Space on Guild Table, $10, 1 shift required, MAXIMUM of 15 pieces for entire duration of sale.

Share a Table, $20 each, 1 shift each. NOTE: It is your responsibility to find another member willing to share the table. To confirm your shared table BOTH applicants must complete this form and submit payment.
