Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis so it is important to submit your applications as soon as possible.

The following 2 steps must be completed by March 25th, 2025 to be a sales participants:

1) Complete this Sales Application Form. After you have submitted your application, you will receive a system generated confirmation email.

2) Complete payment of Table Fee. E-transfer table fee to payments@pinetreepotters.ca Pasword is "pinetree". It is important to indicate payment is for "Sales Table Fee" & number of tables requested.

Table Selection

One 6ft table, $40, 2 shifts required

Two 6ft tables, $80, 4 shifts required. (To be confirmed based on availability.)

Space on Guild Table, $10, 1 shift required, MAXIMUM of 15 pieces in sale.

Share a Table, $20 each, 1 shift each. NOTE: It is your responsibility to find another member willing to share the table. To confirm your shared table BOTH applicants must complete this form and submit payment.

Supplies/Set-Up: Wednesday of sale week, involves lifting. Meet at studio with empty vehicle, load supplies, transport to Old Town Hall, unload and set-up cash/wrapping area and table cloths.

Wrapping: Use news print for most items, tissue for delicate/small items and ONLY use bubble wrap for large or delicate items (or by request). Please use up any plastic bags. Keep wrapping area organized and well supplied and notify cash person when supplies are running low (please provide ample notice).

Floor: Assist customers with inquires, look for empty spots on tables and restock tables in a timely manner, security, circulate on floor, tidy holding table/bins, place hold tickets and pen in each empty hold bin, return blue holding bins from cash area.

Stickers: Remove price stickers and place in sticker book (tape down each row). Organize pieces for wrapping. Ensure pieces DO NOT get mixed up during wrapping. Jury new work that comes in.

Greeter: Greet customers, have them fill out a door prize ballot, point out Empty Bowls tables, count attendees & record total on Door Count sheet at end of shift. Morning greeter must arrive at 9:30 am to place 7 A-frame signs out and be ready to greet customers for 10 am. Greeter on closing shift MUST bring 7 A-frame signs in an place by entrance doors.

Supplies/Take-Down: Sunday, lifting involved. Arrive at Old Town Hall at end of sale with empty vehicle, box up all sale supplies and return to studio.
