Kids Clay Camp Session 2: July 21 - 25th, 2025 9:30 - 12:30pm (ages 7 -12)

Teen Clay Camp: July 14 - 18th, 2025 1 - 4pm (ages 13 - 18)

Although dust is kept to a minimum with proper studio practices, people prone to asthma may react to the dust. If the camper should have any such medical problems that we should be aware of (eg. allergies, etc), please indicate:

I understand that the class fee is non-refundable and that there are no make-up classes for any that I miss. In extreme circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Pine Tree Potters' Guild Executive.

In registering for this class, I understand that there are risks associated with the pottery process. I agree that neither I, nor my heirs and successors, will hold harmless Pine Tree Potters' Guild for any and all injuries I might sustain, howsoever caused. I hereby give permission to have staff arrange for any emergency medical care, including transportation, if necessary. Attempts will be made to contact my emergency contact above. I am responsible for my own medical coverage.

I understand that failure to comply with the health and safety requirements of the studio or behaving in a disrespectful way to the instructor or fellow participants could result in being asked to leave the class and no refund will be offered.
