Associate Membership Renewal Form 2026

APPLICATION FORMS ARE DUE DECEMBER 31, 2025. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE JANUARY 1, 2026. MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Associate Member Obligations:

· agree to attend 4 of the 8 monthly meetings (Sep to Nov, Jan to May, usually the 1st Monday of the month)

· must complete at least one shift at either the spring or fall sale regardless of whether or not you are participating in the sale

Members are responsible to find a replacement for sales shift they will miss.

* I acknowledge and will abide by all Guild rules and policies. I have read and understand the obligations set above.
