Studio Membership Renewal Form 2026

APPLICATION FORMS ARE DUE DECEMBER 31, 2025.  LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

PAYMENTS ARE DUE JANUARY 1, 2026.  MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

Studio Member Obligations:

  • will be assigned to a kiln or glaze team and must be available and perform the duties required

  • must perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties (floors or surfaces)

  • must sign up for an additional Spring Cleaning duty

  • must work at least one shift at a sale (spring or fall) even if you don't participate in the sale - this does not include

       Empty Bowls

  • agree to attend 4 of the 8 monthly meetings (Sep to Nov, Jan to May, usually the 1st Monday of the month)

Members are responsible to find a replacement for any duty or sales shift they will miss.​

* I understand that there are risks associated with the pottery process and agree that myself and my heirs and successors will hold harmless Pine Tree Potters Guild for any and all injuries and/or loss or damage to property I might sustain, however caused.

* I am aware that in order to promote Pine Tree Potters, photos and videos will be posted on social media and any advertising opportunities

* I acknowledge and will abide by all Guild rules and policies.  I have read and understand the obligations set above.
Failure to fulfill membership requirements could result in non-renewal of membership the following year.
