Throughout this course participants will learn a variety of hand building techniques including coiling, slab work, sculpture, and glazing. A wide range of techniques and methods will be demonstrated and both functional and sculptural work will be encouraged. This course will prepare students to be confident in their choices and handling of clay along with giving them a taste of why so many potters fall in love with this medium!

All class and workshop registration fees are final sale and non-refundable. Registration fees will be fully refunded only in the event that Pine Tree Potters' Guild cancels a class session due to low registration. Should it be necessary to cancel an individual class due to weather or other unexpected circumstance, a make-up class will be scheduled. Please ensure the course you choose works with your schedule as there are no make-up classes for any that you are unable to attend.
