Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis so it is important to submit your applications as soon as possible.


After you hit "Submit", you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received.


NOTE: You will then need to return to the website to make your table payment. All payments are final.

NOTE: if you want to share a table, it is YOUR responsibility to arrange this with another member. To confirm your shared table, BOTH members must complete this form and submit payment. If you wish to have a full table in addition to a shared table, select option 4 below.

Table Options
Space on Guild Table, $10, 1 shift required, MAXIMUM of 15 pieces for entire duration of sale.
1/2 (Shared) table, $20, 1 shift required.
One 6ft table, $40, 2 shifts required.
One full AND one 1/2 (Shared) 6ft table, $60, 3 shifts required.
Two 6ft tables, $80, 4 shifts required.

Table locations are allocated on a first come first served basis and wall spaces are limited. Please select a WALL location ONLY If required for your display.

Request for Electrical Access

The OTH adjusts the overhead lighting to highlight work on the tables. You may request access to electrical outlets but know that it may not be available for all table locations.
